 Meals are made fresh in small batches with no preservatives, so they're best enjoyed within 2 days. Customers can also freeze them to extend their shelf life.

Meals come fully cooked. Customers simply microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
